[目的]为了研究人体和环境的潜在危害。[方法]对25%戊二醛样本进行了急性经口毒性试验(大鼠、小鼠)、急性经皮毒性试验、急性吸入毒性试验和鱼急性毒性实验研究。[结果]戊二醛小鼠经口LD50为248 mg/kg体重,大鼠经口LD50为239 mg/kg体重,经皮LD50≥2000mg/kg体重,急性吸入毒性4h-LC50为768mg/m3,鱼急性毒性96h-LC50为13.5mg/L。[结论]戊二醛对人体的吸入危害风险和环境生态危害风险值得重视。

[목적]위료연구인체화배경적잠재위해。[방법]대25%무이철양본진행료급성경구독성시험(대서、소서)、급성경피독성시험、급성흡입독성시험화어급성독성실험연구。[결과]무이철소서경구LD50위248 mg/kg체중,대서경구LD50위239 mg/kg체중,경피LD50≥2000mg/kg체중,급성흡입독성4h-LC50위768mg/m3,어급성독성96h-LC50위13.5mg/L。[결론]무이철대인체적흡입위해풍험화배경생태위해풍험치득중시。
Glutaraldehyde is a volatile and irritate chemical. It may be get into human body by mouth, by skin or by inhalation, and results in the body harm, or results in the fish death when its liquid waste is discharged into Rivers. This study assayed the acute toxicity of glutaraldehyde by the three exposure routes of body, and assayed fish acute toxicity. The results show that the LD50 ( or LC50 ) is 248 mg/kgbw( mice, by mouth), 239 mg/kgbw( rat, by mouth), ≥2000mg/kgbw (rat, by skin), 768mg/m3 ( mice, by inhalation) and 13. 5mg/L (fish, 96h - LC50. ). According to the acute toxicity grades, the acute toxicity of Glutaraldehyde by mouth, by inhalation and the fish toxicity belong to medium toxicity. According to experimental results, it is well worth further research on the toxicity of inhalation and fish toxicity.
