采用电化学加速法对补偿收缩混凝土的抗溶蚀性能进行了一系列研究,探讨了新型CaO类膨胀剂对混凝土溶蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:CaO膨胀剂掺量为2%时混凝土中的Ca2+溶出量最小,为基准混凝土的91%,因为掺加2%的CaO膨胀剂改善了混凝土的渗透性能;CaO膨胀剂掺量超过2%时混凝土中的Ca2+溶出量大于基准混凝土,过高的膨胀剂掺量导致混凝土抗溶蚀性能变差;溶蚀后试件的变形均表现为收缩,随着Ca2+溶出量的不断增加,试件的收缩值逐渐增大;相同龄期时,掺加2%CaO膨胀剂的胶砂的收缩值显著小于基准配合比胶砂的收缩值。

Electrochemical acceleration test was used on the research of leaching of calcium hydroxide from high performance concrete. Tests were carried out using various amount of CaO expansive agent. Experimental results showed that the quantity of dissolved Ca2+of concrete mixed with 2% CaO is minimum, 91% of refer- ence specimens at 42d; when the amount of CaO expansive agent is higher than 2%, the quantity of dissolved Ca2+ of concrete is higher than that of reference specimens. The Shrinkage of specimen increases with the quantity of dissolved Ca2+; the lower than that of mortar without shrinkage of mortar mixed with 2% CaO expansive agent was observed much CaO expansive agent.
