劳务派遣用工主要在员工招聘过程、员工日常管理、劳动合同管理和劳务派遣公司选择等方面存在着法律风险。要规避劳务派遣用工法律风险,就要依法规范招聘劳务派遣员工,避免法律风险;规范劳务派遣员工劳动合同内容,加强用工单位对劳务派遣员工的直接管理;选择实力较强的派遣机构,减轻企业连带责任。

There are some legal risks in labor dispatch in terms of recruitment,employee management,labor contract management and the selection of labor dispatching companies.To avoid the legal risks,the recruitment should strictly follow the rules and laws.It’s important to regulate the labor dispatching contract,reinforce employers’ direct management of dispatched workers and choose competitive dispatching organizations to alleviate companies’ joint liabilities.
