通过分析工程中经常采用的纠偏方案存在的控制精度问题,设计了一种基于传感器和PLC的自动纠偏装置,这种基于传感器和PLC技术的新型自动纠偏装置应用于大跨度门式起重机,实现了自动纠偏和自动复位,将工控机技术、人机界面和传感器技术完美地结合到一起,使纠偏精度更高更可靠,解决了大跨度和大起升高度起重机跑偏、啃轨现象,实现起重机自动调整两侧支腿运行状态和实时监控。
通過分析工程中經常採用的糾偏方案存在的控製精度問題,設計瞭一種基于傳感器和PLC的自動糾偏裝置,這種基于傳感器和PLC技術的新型自動糾偏裝置應用于大跨度門式起重機,實現瞭自動糾偏和自動複位,將工控機技術、人機界麵和傳感器技術完美地結閤到一起,使糾偏精度更高更可靠,解決瞭大跨度和大起升高度起重機跑偏、啃軌現象,實現起重機自動調整兩側支腿運行狀態和實時鑑控。
