以引进的260份国外小麦遗传资源和杂交后代为材料,利用10级鉴定法鉴定筛选小麦抗白粉病资源。结果表明:共鉴定出16份珍贵的抗白粉病小麦种质资源,其中7份(TCI962222、TCI971290、TCI962394、CIT94013、MWW90M123A、CMSW94WM00849和CIT935039)综合农艺性状表现较好。通过配置杂交组合、后代筛选鉴定,培育出冀资05F5-356、冀资05F5-360、06F6 158、06F6 159和06F6 160共5份抗白粉病小麦新资源材料。这些资源可以作为优良的抗病亲本在小麦抗白粉病育种中进行利用。

260 foreign wheat genetic resources and the progenies were used to identify the resistant germplasm to powdery mildew by using the grading standard of 10 classes of plant response types. The results showed that 16 valuable germplasm resources resistant to powdery mildew were screened out, of which, there were 7 accessions with advanced comprehensive agronomic characteristics such as TCI962222, TCI971290, TCI962394, CIT94013, MWW90M123A, CMSW94WM00849 and CIT935039. Five germplasm resources resistant to powdery mildew were developed through the configuration of cross combination and the offspring screening, namely Jizi 05F5-356, Jizi 05F5-360, 06F6 158, 06F6 159 and 06F6 160, which could be used as the advanced parents in powdery mildew resistance breeding.
