以芦笋品种阿波罗的种子为试材,在人工模拟盐胁迫(NaCl溶液、盐碱地土壤提取液)条件下,设盐分浓度0(清水,CK)、1、2、4、6、8和10 g/L计7个处理,研究了不同盐度胁迫对种子萌发率的影响;并于处理后第13 d,将所有处理中未发芽的种子分别转移到装有清水的培养皿中进行复水萌发,观察各处理种子的萌发恢复情况。结果表明:低浓度盐胁迫对芦笋种子萌发有一定的刺激作用,随着盐胁迫浓度的增大,种子萌发率呈降低趋势;相同盐度胁迫下,NaCl溶液对种子萌发的抑制作用大于土壤提取液;芦笋种子在NaCl溶液和土壤浸提液中萌发的盐敏感阈值为4 g/L。未发芽的芦笋种子转移至清水中复水萌发后,各处理种子的总萌发率均达到了对照种子总萌发率的60%以上,表明盐胁迫下,芦笋种子保持了较高的萌发潜力。
以蘆筍品種阿波囉的種子為試材,在人工模擬鹽脅迫(NaCl溶液、鹽堿地土壤提取液)條件下,設鹽分濃度0(清水,CK)、1、2、4、6、8和10 g/L計7箇處理,研究瞭不同鹽度脅迫對種子萌髮率的影響;併于處理後第13 d,將所有處理中未髮芽的種子分彆轉移到裝有清水的培養皿中進行複水萌髮,觀察各處理種子的萌髮恢複情況。結果錶明:低濃度鹽脅迫對蘆筍種子萌髮有一定的刺激作用,隨著鹽脅迫濃度的增大,種子萌髮率呈降低趨勢;相同鹽度脅迫下,NaCl溶液對種子萌髮的抑製作用大于土壤提取液;蘆筍種子在NaCl溶液和土壤浸提液中萌髮的鹽敏感閾值為4 g/L。未髮芽的蘆筍種子轉移至清水中複水萌髮後,各處理種子的總萌髮率均達到瞭對照種子總萌髮率的60%以上,錶明鹽脅迫下,蘆筍種子保持瞭較高的萌髮潛力。

Using asparagus variety Apollo as the material, under the conditions of the simulated salt stress ( NaC1 solution and saline-alkali soil extraction solution), the effect of salinity stress on seed germination rate was studied, and after 13 days , the non-germinated seeds from all the salinity treatments were transferred to distilled water, and the recovered germination was observed. The results showed that the low concentration of salt stress increased the seed germination, with the increasing of salinity, the seed germination decreased. Under the same concentration of salt stress, the inhibition of NaC1 solution was greater than that of soil extraction solution. The salt sensitive threshold to the seed germination was 4 g/L in NaC1 solution and soil extract. After transferring the non- germinated se6ds to distilled water, the total germination rate reached more than 60% of the control, which indicated that seeds had higher germination ability under salt stress.
