试验在2个小麦生长季进行。以6个冬小麦品种为试材,在水旱对比种植条件下,于扬花后10 d测定了小麦不同叶位的叶片、茎秆、叶鞘的渗透势及其主要组成(可溶性碳水化合物和电解质含量),以及总酸和可溶性氨基酸的含量;收获期测定了各品种的产量并据此计算了各品种的抗旱指数,分析相关物质含量对渗透势的影响以及电解质含量用于抗旱高产育种的可行性。结果表明:电解质含量对渗透势的影响不确切,可溶性碳水化合物含量对渗透势的影响确切但影响程度较小;电解质含量对产量和抗旱性的影响稳定且影响程度较大,可作为抗旱高产育种的可选指标。
試驗在2箇小麥生長季進行。以6箇鼕小麥品種為試材,在水旱對比種植條件下,于颺花後10 d測定瞭小麥不同葉位的葉片、莖稈、葉鞘的滲透勢及其主要組成(可溶性碳水化閤物和電解質含量),以及總痠和可溶性氨基痠的含量;收穫期測定瞭各品種的產量併據此計算瞭各品種的抗旱指數,分析相關物質含量對滲透勢的影響以及電解質含量用于抗旱高產育種的可行性。結果錶明:電解質含量對滲透勢的影響不確切,可溶性碳水化閤物含量對滲透勢的影響確切但影響程度較小;電解質含量對產量和抗旱性的影響穩定且影響程度較大,可作為抗旱高產育種的可選指標。
시험재2개소맥생장계진행。이6개동소맥품충위시재,재수한대비충식조건하,우양화후10 d측정료소맥불동협위적협편、경간、협초적삼투세급기주요조성(가용성탄수화합물화전해질함량),이급총산화가용성안기산적함량;수획기측정료각품충적산량병거차계산료각품충적항한지수,분석상관물질함량대삼투세적영향이급전해질함량용우항한고산육충적가행성。결과표명:전해질함량대삼투세적영향불학절,가용성탄수화합물함량대삼투세적영향학절단영향정도교소;전해질함량대산량화항한성적영향은정차영향정도교대,가작위항한고산육충적가선지표。
Using 6 winter wheat varieties as the materials, under different water stress, the osmotic potential and the contents of water soluble carbohydrate and electrolyte, total acid and water extractable amino acid of leaves, stems and leaf sheath were determined 10 days after anthesis, and the yield and drought resistance index were evaluated in harvesting date. The results showed that the effect of electrolyte variation on the osmotic potential was not exact. The water soluble carbohydrate had little influence on the osmotic potential. The electrolyte content had stable and great influence on the yield and drought resistance index, which could be selected as the index in drought resistance and high yield breeding.
