在信托公司由＂产品主导型＂向＂客户导向型＂理财机构转变的思路指导下,银监会颁布新通知,要求信托公司构建以客户为核心,以专业化资产配置和财富管理为主要服务内容的信托营销模式。新的营销模式引起了行业的震动,有望解决银监会对信托公司以及第三方公司监管力度不够的难题。然而,新政策在营销人员从业资格、营销中心的限制、异地营销中心监管等三个方面依然存在漏洞,需要进一步完善监管法规。

However, the new policy in the marketing personnel qualifications, marketing center of the restrictions, the different marketing center and supervision of three aspects remain loophole; need to further perfect the supervision regulations.
