智能电网的建设对水电厂的智能化提出了要求。分析了基于IEC 61850标准的智能变电站的特点和体系结构,描述了水电厂控制与变电站控制的相似之处及其自身特点,提出了智能水电厂现地自动化系统的实现方案,指出了后续需要继续开展的研究工作。

The development of smart grid sets forth requirements for smart hydropower plant. The features and the architecture of smart substation based on IEC 61850 standard are analyzed. The similarities between hydropower plants and substations as well as characteristics of hydropower plants are described. The solution of the local automation system of smart hydropower plants is proposed, and the next works to be studied are also pointed out.
