探讨鸡口服黄芪、白术水煎剂对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响。给7日龄健康梅岭土鸡连续7 d饮用口服黄芪或白术水煎剂,12.5 g/kg.d,后分2次间隔14 d滴鼻接种鸡新城疫Ⅳ系弱毒苗(LaSota株)。分别在首免前、及免疫后1、2、3、4周采血,分离血清,用血凝抑制试验检测鸡新城疫抗体效价(HI)。结果显示,口服中药组的鸡血清HI效价高于未服中药对照组,黄芪水煎剂组于二免后1周,白术水煎剂组于二免后1、2周,HI效价显著高于未服中药对照组。结果表明,在疫苗免疫之前给鸡口服白术水煎剂或黄芪水煎剂可以显著增强免疫效果。

탐토계구복황기、백술수전제대계신성역역묘면역효과적영향。급7일령건강매령토계련속7 d음용구복황기혹백술수전제,12.5 g/kg.d,후분2차간격14 d적비접충계신성역Ⅳ계약독묘(LaSota주)。분별재수면전、급면역후1、2、3、4주채혈,분리혈청,용혈응억제시험검측계신성역항체효개(HI)。결과현시,구복중약조적계혈청HI효개고우미복중약대조조,황기수전제조우이면후1주,백술수전제조우이면후1、2주,HI효개현저고우미복중약대조조。결과표명,재역묘면역지전급계구복백술수전제혹황기수전제가이현저증강면역효과。
Objective: To investigate the effect of water extracts from Radix Astragali and Rhizome Atractylodes Macrocephala(RAM) on the immune response in chickens vaccinated with live Newcastle disease vaccines.Methods: Seven-day-old Mei-ling chickens were orally administered with Radix Astragali or RAM at 12.5 mg/kg in drinking water for 7 consecutive days,then were inoculated intranasally twice at 2-week intervals with live Newcastle disease(ND) vaccine(LaSota strain).Blood samples were collected 7,14,21 and 28 days after the first immunization for the measurement of NDVspecific HI titers.Results: Higher HI titers were found in chickens orally administered with herbal medicine than these without administration.Oral administration of Radix Astragali or RAM could significantly increase the serum anti-NDV HI titers at week 1 or at week 1 and 2 post-second immunization compared with the control.Conclusion: Oral administration of water extracts from Radix Astragali or RAM before vaccination could significantly enhance the immune effect in chickens
