结缕草(Zoysia spp.)主要分布在东亚,它是当前广泛应用的有众多优良特性的暖季型草坪草.综述了结缕草植株再生体系的高效建立方法、抗性基因遗传转化及转基因结缕草对生态环境的影响。旨在为通过生物技术手段引入相关抗性基因增强结缕草的抗逆性及延长绿期等提供参考.

Zoysiagrass (Zoysia spp.), mainly originated in East Asia, is a warmseason turfgrass with its many excellent properties. This paper covers the efficient establishing method of plant regeneration system for zoysiagrass, genetic transformation of exogenous resistance gene, and ecological environmental risk of trans genie zoysiagrass. The information will be useful for genetically improved cultivars with enhanced stress toler ance and extended greening periods through the biotechnology means.
