墨滴控制技术是喷墨印刷的关键技术,黏度是影响墨滴状态的关键因素。为了探讨可食性喷墨油墨黏度对墨滴状态的影响,采用在油墨中添加不同含量树脂的方法,调节油墨的黏度,得到黏度各异的可食性喷墨油墨样品,并用墨滴观测仪观察各油墨样品的墨滴状态,测量墨滴在某一时刻的速度和尾部长度,以评价黏度对墨滴状态的影响。结果表明,黏度对墨滴状态影响较大,随着黏度的增加,墨滴的速度逐渐减小。高黏度油墨比低黏度油墨更容易形成圆形墨滴。当黏度高于13.2mPa·s时,随着黏度的增加,油墨出喷孔所用的时间增加,出喷孔时的尾部长度增加。黏度为10.3mPa·s的油墨墨滴在80μs时已经完全出喷孔,此后,在内聚力的作用下很快形成圆形墨滴,此黏度下油墨的墨滴状态比其他油墨样品的墨滴状态好。

Drops control technology is the key to the development of ink-jet printing technology, and viscosity is also the key factor that influences the drop state. In this article, the samples which have different viscosity are gotten by the way of adding different levels of resin to the ink. Drop state is observed through drops observatory, the speed, tail length and volume are measured by it in order to evaluate the influence of viscosity to ink-jet drop state. The result shows that viscosity has big influence to ink-jet drop state, if the viscosity is larger, the speed of drops is smaller. The ink with high viscosity is easier to gather into a circular drop than that with small viscosity. If the viscosity more than 13.2mPa ~ s, the rupture time and tail length of the drop increases along with the increase of viscosity. When the viscosity is 10.3mPa ~ s, its rupture time is 80p.s and the ink soon gathers into a circular drop under the action of cohesion, its drop state is better thanthe other inks.
