从体育文化比较学着手,采用文献法、逻辑学等方法,对中西休闲观及休闲体育进行比较。比较研究发现,中西方由对休闲的观念、价值、意义等方面不同,因此在休闲体育内容、形式等也有差别。

종체육문화비교학착수,채용문헌법、라집학등방법,대중서휴한관급휴한체육진행비교。비교연구발현,중서방유대휴한적관념、개치、의의등방면불동,인차재휴한체육내용、형식등야유차별。
Starting from the sports culture,this study makes comparisons on the concepts of leisure and leisure sports in China and Western countries with literature,logic and other methods.It can be easily found that there are differences in the concept of leisure,its value and significance between China and Western countries,thus the contents and forms of leisure sports vary.
