采用双质量飞轮后,传动系统的共振转速降低到怠速转速以下,有助于改善常用行驶工况NVH性能.但是,在发动机启动、熄火过程中,必然经过系统的共振区域,在该工况下,容易引起较大的转速波动,造成变速箱打齿声.本文针对空档怠速工况下发动机熄火引起的变速箱打齿声,提出通过ECU熄火标定策略优化解决此问题的办法.
採用雙質量飛輪後,傳動繫統的共振轉速降低到怠速轉速以下,有助于改善常用行駛工況NVH性能.但是,在髮動機啟動、熄火過程中,必然經過繫統的共振區域,在該工況下,容易引起較大的轉速波動,造成變速箱打齒聲.本文針對空檔怠速工況下髮動機熄火引起的變速箱打齒聲,提齣通過ECU熄火標定策略優化解決此問題的辦法.

With the double quality flywheel,the resonance speed of the driveline with dual mass flywheel is below the engine idle speed,which can help improve NVH performance.And when engine is starting or stopping,the resonance must happen,which causes the speed fluctuation and transmission rattle of gear-box.The optimized ECU calibration data proposed in the paper can reduce the speed fluctuation and eliminate the transmission rattle under the idle speed.
