高职园林专业教师下企业锻炼是提高实践教学能力、与行业接轨以及深化教学改革的需要,但在下企业锻炼过程中学校、企业、教师个人三方面都存在一些问题。为提高教师下企业锻炼效果,必须要正确处理好学校、企业、教师三者的关系,提高教师的自我认识,并灵活采用下企业锻炼的形式。

The vocational practice of landscape architecture faculty in enterprises is aimed at improving the practical teaching ability and meeting the industry standards and the need to deepen teaching reform.But in the actual enterprise training,problems arise with college,enterprise and individual teachers.In order to improve the effect of teacher training in enterprises,we must deal with the relationship in a proper way between schools,enterprise and teachers,improve teachers' self-awareness and make a flexible use of vocational practice in enterprises.
