2012年，中国企业面临前所未有的困难。在此形势下，小微企业之于中国的意义，更为重要。当前，小微企业正面临许多发展中的困境，如不断高涨的生产成本、融资难、招工难、税负偏重、市场准入门槛高、可持续发展能力差等。需要进一步加大对小微企业的扶持力度，并监督检查各项优惠政策的落实情况；完善融资服务体系，拓宽企业融资渠道；打造小微企业公共服务信息平台，改善优化小微企业发展的政策环境，完善结构性减税措施；依靠科技创新，推动企业转型升级，促进小微企业持续健康发展。

In 2012, Chinese enterprises face unprecedented difficulties. Under such a situation ,the small and mi- cro enterprises have a more important meaning to China. Presently the small and micro enterprises face ever - in- creasing production cost, shortage of fund, shortage of labor, heavy tax burden, high doorsill of market access, poor sustainability, and the like development predicament. We should provide more assistance for small and mi- cro enterprises, and check the enforcement of preferential policies ; perfect the financial service system to expand their fiancial sources;build up a public service information platform, improve and optimize the policy environ- ment for them, and improve the structural tax -reducing measures;and rely on technological innovation, promote industrial upgrading, and facilitate their sustainable healthy development.
