实验合成了酸封闭延迟性催化剂,并采用实时粘度测试仪、熟化速度测试仪等手段对三乙烯二胺-异辛酸体系(C2)和三乙烯二胺-甲酸体系(C3)的延迟性催化剂的催化过程和材料物理性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:C2和C3是一种有效的延迟性催化剂,在反应初期显著降低体系粘度,提高体系的流动性能;在反应后期明显加快熟化速度,提高生产效率。C2和C3会降低材料的物理性能,其中C2对材料的物理性能的损伤比C3小。C3严重破坏了材料的耐水解性能。
實驗閤成瞭痠封閉延遲性催化劑,併採用實時粘度測試儀、熟化速度測試儀等手段對三乙烯二胺-異辛痠體繫(C2)和三乙烯二胺-甲痠體繫(C3)的延遲性催化劑的催化過程和材料物理性能進行瞭研究。研究結果錶明:C2和C3是一種有效的延遲性催化劑,在反應初期顯著降低體繫粘度,提高體繫的流動性能;在反應後期明顯加快熟化速度,提高生產效率。C2和C3會降低材料的物理性能,其中C2對材料的物理性能的損傷比C3小。C3嚴重破壞瞭材料的耐水解性能。

Acid sealed ductile catalyst was synthesized by experiment.The catalysis process and physical property of material of ductile catalyst of triethylene diamine-iso-caprylate system(C2) and riethylene diamine-formic acid system(C3)were studied by means of the real-time viscosity tester and aging speed tester.The research result shows that C2 and C3 are effective ductile catalysts,which markedly drop system viscosity in the early reaction period and improve fluid property of system and which quicken aging speed in the later reaction period and improve productivity.C2 and C3 can drop the physical property of materials,of which C2 causes less damage to the physical property of materials than C3.C3 seriously damages the hydrolytic resistance of materials.
