从系统设计与实现角度，描述了国产MTC—1型CBTC列车自动监控子系统的系统硬件、软件结构构成及其主要功能；通过与国家铁路CTC系统以及国外ATS系统比较，结合国产MTC—I型CBTC列车自动监控子系统的技术特点，以城轨交通运营需求为目标，自主研制出了新一代国产ATS子系统。
從繫統設計與實現角度，描述瞭國產MTC—1型CBTC列車自動鑑控子繫統的繫統硬件、軟件結構構成及其主要功能；通過與國傢鐵路CTC繫統以及國外ATS繫統比較，結閤國產MTC—I型CBTC列車自動鑑控子繫統的技術特點，以城軌交通運營需求為目標，自主研製齣瞭新一代國產ATS子繫統。
종계통설계여실현각도，묘술료국산MTC—1형CBTC열차자동감공자계통적계통경건、연건결구구성급기주요공능；통과여국가철로CTC계통이급국외ATS계통비교，결합국산MTC—I형CBTC열차자동감공자계통적기술특점，이성궤교통운영수구위목표，자주연제출료신일대국산ATS자계통。
From the aspect of system design and implementation, the paper describes the system hardware, software configuration and its main function of the domestic MTC-I type CBTC automatic train monitoring and control subsystems. Comparing with the national railway CTC system as well as foreign-made ATS, taking into consideration of the technical characteristics of the domestic MTC -I type CBTC automatic train control subsystem for urban rail transit operator demand as a goal, a new generation of domestic ATS subsystem is independently developed.
