以自制固体超强酸W03/ZrO2为催化剂,研究了合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件,实验结果证明:固体超强酸WO,/ZrO:是合成乙酸正丁酯的良好催化剂;其合成的最佳反应条件为:n(冰乙酸):/7,(正丁醇)=1.0:1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的3.8%,在回流温度下反应时间为2.0h,在上述条件下,乙酸正丁酯的酯化率可达97.09%.
以自製固體超彊痠W03/ZrO2為催化劑,研究瞭閤成乙痠正丁酯的最佳反應條件,實驗結果證明:固體超彊痠WO,/ZrO:是閤成乙痠正丁酯的良好催化劑;其閤成的最佳反應條件為:n(冰乙痠):/7,(正丁醇)=1.0:1.6,催化劑用量為反應物料總質量的3.8%,在迴流溫度下反應時間為2.0h,在上述條件下,乙痠正丁酯的酯化率可達97.09%.

Solid superacid WOs/ ZrO2 is prepared and used as catalyst in the synthesis of n-butyl acetate. Experiment results indicate that solid superacid WO3/ ZrO2 is a highly active catalyst for the esterification reaction. The optimum reaction conditions are as following: molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol is 1.0: 1.6; the amount of catalyst used is 3.8 percent of total reaction materials amount,the reaction time is 2. Oh and the yield of esterification can reach 97.09%.
