从润滑理论及实际工作上分析了内燃机摇臂部件可能出现的损坏情况。介绍了国内首次运用于单缸柴油机的一种自润滑轴承的结构和特点，以及在柴油机上试验的情况。试验证明，其使用后简化了铸造及加工工艺，降低了故障率，经济效益显著。

Based on lubrication theory and practical work condition, the paper analyzed the damages of ICE rocker part,introduced the structure and feature of a self-lubricating bearing used in diesel engine for the first time in China, and the experiment on the engine. The tests prove that it can simplify the casting and machining processes, reduce the failure rate and obtain a huge economic benefits after the bearing is used.
