针对现有越野救护车平顺性问题,运用传统的计算方法对前后悬架进行匹配计算,并结合多体动力学软件建立了整车虚拟样机模型,整车试验验证了所建模型的正确性。根据国家标准对整车的平顺性和操纵稳定性进行模拟计算,验证了悬架改进方案的正确性和可行性。

This paper discussed the existing problems about the ride comfort of a military off-road ambulance. Firstly, the traditional methods were used to match the front and rear suspensions. Simulation model of vehicle was constructed and analyzed using special software, and validated to be correct by test results. Finally,with respect to the national standards about controllability and stability, a test was done and it turned out that the optimization was correct and feasible.
