随着信息技术、网络技术的发展，工程造价管理信息化成为提高工程造价管理的有效手段。此文根据我国工程造价管理信息化发展的现状，论述公路工程造价资料数据库和工程量标准清单管理系统的开发与应用，材料价格信息动态管理数据库、材料价格信息管理系统及交通建材信息港系统的开发与应用情况。并重点论述开发的工程项目造价动态监管系统、材料调差管理系统及工程决算编制管理系统在提高公路工程造价信息化管理和有效控制投资中所起的作用。

With the development of the information technology and network technology, engineering cost management informatization becomes the effective means of improving project cost management. According to our country engineering cost management informatization development present situation, the highway engineering cost information database and quantities standard list management system development and appli- cation, material price information dynamic management database and material price information management system and traffic building materials information port system development and application are discussed. And this paper focuses on improving the role of the development of engineering project cost dynamic supervision system, material adjustment difference management system and project final accounts administration system in highway engineering cost information management and effective control investment.
