共同沟建设是城市集约化发展在基础设施方面的重要体现,但现阶段内仍有诸多阻力。以武汉市共同沟发展为主线,对王家墩共同沟建设的成功经验做了介绍,提出了武汉市未来共同沟发展趋势,对武汉市共同沟发展中将遇到的问题做了分析,阐述了共同沟初期发展和中长期发展过程中将遇到的问题,尤其探讨了融资的模式和规划理念,提出了解决方案,为共同沟在武汉的发展提出可行性建议,可为其他中部城市的共同沟发展模式提供参考。

Utility tunnel is an important expression of intensification development of urban infrastructure, but there are still a lot of' resistance at this stage. As the main line of development of utility tunnel in Wuhan, the successtul experience of Wangjiadun were introduced, and the development trend of utility tunnel in Wuhan was predicted. What' s more the bottlenecks would be encountered were also analyzed, the problems in the initial development and medium or long term development process of the utility tunnel were described, especially discussed the financing models and planning concepts and the solutions were proposed. The suggestions for developing utility tunnel of Wuhan is proposed, which also can be referenced for the other Central cities.
