Nowadays, there are a lot of hidden troubles in college students' ideological situation anti the ways and means of ideological and political education also need to be improved. Career planning entails abundant educational concepts of the ideological and political education. The career planning and the ideological and political education are complementary and share similarities in terms of emotional communication, self-perception, thoughts leading, motivational encouragement of life. Strengthening ideological and political education by utilizing career planning as a platform is much approachable to students, everyday life, and communities.
