控制系统面临的电磁噪声,大部分是外部电缆从端口引入系统的,电缆的屏蔽在控制系统的抗干扰过程中显得尤为重要。通过对电缆屏蔽层的接地方法、电缆内屏蔽层的材质选择、双绞电缆的绞距选择、电缆穿金属管的埋地敷设等的介绍,阐述了自控工程中电缆屏蔽的机理和应用,并提出需要注意的地方。

The electromagnetic noise in Control system mostly comes from the port via the external cables, the cable shielding is particularly important in anti-interference engineering of the control system. By introduction of grounding method for shielding layer, material selection for inside shielding layer, stadia of twisted pair cables, burying cables through metal pipes, the application and principle of cable shielding for automation engineering are disclosed, and the noticeable things are also approached.
