通过分析ControlNet网络的原理,结合中石化西南局川科1#的实际情况,设计了一套ControlNet冗余控制系统。系统可以实时显示生产过程中的各类动态参数,完成不同回路的调节控制,实现报表打印及报警功能。经过实际应用,充分验证了系统具有稳定性高、故障率低等特点,提高了站场的自动化程度,减少了人工巡检强度。

Through analyzing the principle of ControlNet network, combining the actual situation of Sinopec Southwest oil field Chuanke well No. 1, a redundant ControlNet control system is designed. The system can display all types of real-time dynamic parameters in production process, and complete adjustment control in different loop, and achieve report printing and alarming function. It is fully verified the system has the properties of high stability and low failure rate. Meanwhile, the station automation is improved, and the manual inspection intensity is reduced.
