通过对每次雷击事件原因分析,发现了现场存在的主要问题和原因,制订出了完整的防雷整改方案,对管线站场和阀室进行了内部和外部两方面持续不断的防雷整改工作,包括直击雷、感应雷防护,电源和信号浪涌保护器整改,对电气仪表系统原不合理的设计进行改造等,取得了很好的防雷效果,供其他天然气管线项目借鉴。

Through the investigation of the root cause tor each lightning strike, the main reason and problem on site are identified, and the complete lightning surge protection measures are drawn. Internal and external lightening surge protection modification are conducted continuously in pipeline offtake station and valve station, including direct lightning strike protection, inductive lightning strike protection, power supply and signal surge arrester modification, and modification of unreasonable original electrical and instrument design etc. Good lightening surge protection effects have been achieved. It can be used as reference for lightening surge protection to other natural gas pipeline projects.
