采用化学体系模拟法体外测定荔枝草总黄酮(TFS)对1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH.)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除能力,总还原力及其对Fe2+诱导的脂质过氧化反应和β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸自氧化体系的抑制作用.结果显示:TFS对DPPH.和O2-.均有较强的清除能力,IC50值分别为0.079mg/mL和0.26mg/mL,有显著的还原力和总抗氧化力,对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用.说明荔枝草黄酮可作为天然抗氧化剂开发利用.

The antioxidant activities of total flavonoid from Salvia plebeia(TFS) was evaluated by various in vitro assay systems,such as the β-carotene-linoleic acid model system,reducing power and lipid peroxidation assay,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·) / superoxide(O-·2) radical scavenging.TFS showed a significant radical scavenging activity,and the IC50 values for DPPH and superoxide scavenging assay were found to be 0.079 and 0.26 mg/ml,respectively.The reducing power and total antioxidant activity were notable and increasing steadily in a concentration dependent manner.In addition,TFS had effective inhibition of lipid peroxidation.The results indicated that TFS have a potential source of antioxidants of natural origin.
