利用水热法成功制备具有高结晶性的海胆状氧化锌(ZnO)微纳米颗粒,由晶体的中心向外以发射状生长出大量ZnO六棱柱.采用SEM、XRD、PL、EDX对其形貌、粒径、晶体结构、荧光特性及材料组成进行了表征和分析.结果表明,制得的海胆状ZnO粒子分散性较好,粒径分布窄,具有良好的纤锌矿结构;通过改变反应时间,粒径可在30~80μm范围内调节;并且观察到海胆状ZnO荧光光谱在450nm附近具有一个较宽的可见光发射峰.通过对生长过程的分析,提出一个可能的导致海胆状ZnO形成的多步生长过程.

The urchin-like ZnO micro/nanoparticles with high crystallinity were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis.It observed a radial growth of urchin-like ZnO composed with hexagonal prism nanorods from center to outsides.The morphology,particle diameter,crystalline structure,fluorescence and chemical composition of the urchin-like ZnO particles were characterized and analyzed by SEM,XRD,PL and EDX.The results indicate that the urchin-like ZnO particles with wurtzite structure are narrow in distribution of size and have a controllable diameter in the range of 30~80 μm by varying reaction time.A broad visible light emission peak around 450 nm is also observed by PL spectroscopy for the ZnO products.A multistep growth process that led to the formation of such a structure is proposed.
