随着我国对污染减排“三大体系”等基础性项目的深入推进,污染源自动监控技术已成为我国重点污染源在线监管的重要技术手段。由于此系统具有实时在线的特点,因此运行维护量很大。该文针对各地区重点污染源自动监控系统日常运行管理中存在的问题,提出如何加强污染源自动监控系统社会化运营管理工作思路。
隨著我國對汙染減排“三大體繫”等基礎性項目的深入推進,汙染源自動鑑控技術已成為我國重點汙染源在線鑑管的重要技術手段。由于此繫統具有實時在線的特點,因此運行維護量很大。該文針對各地區重點汙染源自動鑑控繫統日常運行管理中存在的問題,提齣如何加彊汙染源自動鑑控繫統社會化運營管理工作思路。

With the highly promotion of environmental infrastructure facilities and so called Three Major Systems for pollution reduction in place,continuous emission montioring(ECM) installed in environmetally key polluters, therefore played rather important role in environmental management assistance. As the CEM system runs intermittently, it demands highly for maintenance and operation for such facilities. Aimed at the problems existing in regular operation of CEM, the author provides the possible approaches to improve the ECM performances.
