为探讨空手道训练对人体无氧工作能力的影响,对24名优秀空手道运动员进行30sWingate无氧测试。实验结果表明:1)空手道训练可改善运动员磷酸原供能能力,提高无氧功率值和肌肉瞬间爆发力,加快启动速度,且具有明显的性别和训练水平差异;2)30sWingate无氧实验能明显反映空手道运动员无氧功率值,但不能明显反映运动员的无氧工作能力,测定时间应延长;3)30sWingate无氧实验中体重是无氧功率的重要影响因素,以功率相对值同时结合疲劳指数和运动前后血乳酸变化进行评价更为科学和客观。
為探討空手道訓練對人體無氧工作能力的影響,對24名優秀空手道運動員進行30sWingate無氧測試。實驗結果錶明:1)空手道訓練可改善運動員燐痠原供能能力,提高無氧功率值和肌肉瞬間爆髮力,加快啟動速度,且具有明顯的性彆和訓練水平差異;2)30sWingate無氧實驗能明顯反映空手道運動員無氧功率值,但不能明顯反映運動員的無氧工作能力,測定時間應延長;3)30sWingate無氧實驗中體重是無氧功率的重要影響因素,以功率相對值同時結閤疲勞指數和運動前後血乳痠變化進行評價更為科學和客觀。

In order to discuss the effect of karate exercise on anaerobic capacity, this paper makes 30s Wingate test on 24 elite kara- te players. The results showed: 1 )Karate exercise could improve the energy supply of phosphate and the anaerobic power value, quicken the velocity of startup, which had significant difference of different gender and training level ;2)The 30s Wingate test could reflect the anaerobic power value of elite karate players but it couldnt reflect the anaerobic capacity of elite karate players, so the test time should be prolonged;3)The weight affected the anaerobic power of 30s Wingate test. To impersonality evaluate the anaerobic capacity of elite karate players, the relative anaerobic power should be applied getting along with fatigue index and blood lactic acid.
