文章介绍了银纤维不同含量的精纺毛纱制备过程,分析了三种配比的纱线在织造过程中的难易程度及其织物屏蔽性能;并介绍了混纺织物后整理的工艺,测试了混纺织物在后整理前后的织物屏蔽性能;然后将银纤维混纺织物在后整理前后织物的屏蔽性能进行对比,分析并得出可能产生这种变化的原因。最后进行实验分析,优化出了最合理的纤维配比和工艺参数,使得混纺织物的电磁屏蔽效果达到最佳。

The preparation process of worsted wool yarn blended with different content of silver fiber was described. The degree of difficulty and fabric shielding performance of the three propertions of the yarn were analysed. The blended fabric finishing process was introduced as well. The fabric shielding performance before and after finishing were tested. According to the comparision before and after finishing of the blended fabric ,the reasons were analysed. The experimental analysis shows the most reasonable fiber mixing and process parameters to achieve the best effect of electromagnetic shielding of the blended fabric.
