测定了薇甘菊挥发油对枣尺蠖的生物活性。结果表明:不同浓度处理对枣尺蠖幼虫死亡率的影响达极显著水平。薇甘菊挥发油处理7 d的半致死质量相对浓度C50为挥发油原提液的49%。3个浓度处理(1×、5×、10×)的半致死中时分别为51 h、91 h、115 h。结论:薇甘菊挥发油对枣尺蠖具有一定的生物活性和防控潜力。
測定瞭薇甘菊揮髮油對棘呎蠖的生物活性。結果錶明:不同濃度處理對棘呎蠖幼蟲死亡率的影響達極顯著水平。薇甘菊揮髮油處理7 d的半緻死質量相對濃度C50為揮髮油原提液的49%。3箇濃度處理(1×、5×、10×)的半緻死中時分彆為51 h、91 h、115 h。結論:薇甘菊揮髮油對棘呎蠖具有一定的生物活性和防控潛力。

In this paper,researches were conducted on the bioactivity of volatile oil from Mikania micrantha against mixed instar larvas of Sucra jujuba.The results showed that the death rate of Sucra jujuba treated with different concentrations of volatile oil of the extract was significantly different.The corrected mortalitiy resulting from volatile oil of Mikania mincrantha was 49% against Sucra jujuba larvas by dipping bioassay after 7 days treatment.The half lethal time for the 2nd larvae was 51,91 and 115 hours on use of different concentrations(1×,5×,10×) of treatments respectively.Therefore,it is concluded that the volatile oil of Mikania micrantha has good bioactivity and control potential on the Sucra jujuba.
