采用不同基质、不同IBA浓度处理野蔷薇、木香插穗,研究扦插基质、激素浓度对扦插生根的影响。结果表明野蔷薇在A2B2(100 mg·L-1IBA+蛭石)、木香在A3B1(200 mg·L-1IBA+珍珠岩)组合中成活率、生根数、平均根长最好。

채용불동기질、불동IBA농도처리야장미、목향삽수,연구천삽기질、격소농도대천삽생근적영향。결과표명야장미재A2B2(100 mg·L-1IBA+질석)、목향재A3B1(200 mg·L-1IBA+진주암)조합중성활솔、생근수、평균근장최호。
The different treatments of cuttings were conducted by use of different media and concentrations of Indole-3-Butytric acid(IBA),and studies were made of their effect on root growth of Rosa muitiflora and Rosa banksiae cuttings.The results showed that the survival rate,the number and average length of roots were the best in vermiculite supplemented with 100 mg·L-1 IBA for Rosa muitiflora,and in perlite with 200 mg·L-1 IBA for Rosa banksiae.
