为提高船用柴油机的性能,进行了高压共轨喷油系统与大功率柴油机的匹配研究。在分析柴油机基本参数的基础上,通过计算喷油系统结构匹配参数,设计了高压共轨系统共轨组件的结构参数。进行了原机和配机的仿真与试验研究,结果表明所匹配的高压共轨系统比原机的燃烧排放性能有明显改善。

In order to upgrade the performance of marine engine, the matching of high pressure common rail injection system on the diesel engine is discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the diesel engine parameters, the construction parameters of high pressure common rail injection system are computed, and the parts of the high pressure common rail system are designed. Simulation and experiment study of before and after matching machine was carried out, the test result shows that performance of burning emission for matching of common rail injection system has more obvious improvement than original machine.
