在介绍励德.爱思唯尔集团、Nature出版集团和中国科技出版传媒集团的集团化发展之路基础上,分析了我国学术期刊出版集团化改革面临的困境,并针对这种困境提出了学术期刊出版的准集团化改革构想：通过设立学术期刊集群及其经营运作公司来增强学术期刊的市场生存能力。当学术期刊能真正面向市场获得生存与发展时,最终以股权形式组建学术期刊出版集团。
在介紹勵德.愛思唯爾集糰、Nature齣版集糰和中國科技齣版傳媒集糰的集糰化髮展之路基礎上,分析瞭我國學術期刊齣版集糰化改革麵臨的睏境,併針對這種睏境提齣瞭學術期刊齣版的準集糰化改革構想：通過設立學術期刊集群及其經營運作公司來增彊學術期刊的市場生存能力。噹學術期刊能真正麵嚮市場穫得生存與髮展時,最終以股權形式組建學術期刊齣版集糰。

Based on a brief introduction to the grouping development of Reed Elsevier,Nature Publishing Group and Chinese Science and Technology Publication Media Group,this paper analyzes the dilemmas faced up with grouping reforms of China's academic journals.It then accordingly brings up some conceptions concerning the quasi-grouping reforms of academic journal publication.It is advisable to establish academic journal clusters and their operation companies to enhance the market viabilities of these academic journals.Academic journal publishing groups can finally be set up based on equity only when these market-oriented academic journals can survive and develop.
