溶液的介稳区宽度是结晶过程的基础研究之一。考察Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+杂质在不同浓度下对硝酸钙结晶介稳区宽度及结晶形态的影响,以及饱和溶液温度对介稳区宽度的影响。结果表明:3种杂质对硝酸钙的结晶形态未产生影响;随着各杂质离子浓度的升高,硝酸钙介稳区宽度变宽;随着饱和溶液温度升高,其介稳区宽度先变窄后变宽。介稳区宽度对指导硝酸钙结晶过程有参考价值。
溶液的介穩區寬度是結晶過程的基礎研究之一。攷察Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+雜質在不同濃度下對硝痠鈣結晶介穩區寬度及結晶形態的影響,以及飽和溶液溫度對介穩區寬度的影響。結果錶明:3種雜質對硝痠鈣的結晶形態未產生影響;隨著各雜質離子濃度的升高,硝痠鈣介穩區寬度變寬;隨著飽和溶液溫度升高,其介穩區寬度先變窄後變寬。介穩區寬度對指導硝痠鈣結晶過程有參攷價值。

The metastable zone width (MZW) is one of the basic contents for crystallization studies. The effects of impurities ( Fe3+, Al3+, Mg2+ ) concentration on crystallization MZW and crystal morphology of calcium nitrate, as well as the influence of solution temperature on crystallization MZW are studied. The results show, three impurities have no influence on crystal morphology; With the increase of impurities concentration, the MZW of calcium nitrate is broadening; With the rise of temperature, the MZW of calcium nitrate reduce at first and then increase. The MZW has the reference value for guiding the crystallization of calcium nitrate.
