目的:探讨地方性氟中毒病区内高铝氟负荷骨变形儿童的血清生化变化特征。方法对水城县纸厂乡氟病村内骨变形儿童18例及同龄对照,采空腹静脉血分离血清,用东芝120全自动生化检测分析仪及其配套试剂,同批检测白蛋白,离子态钙(Ca 2+)、磷(P 5+)、镁(Mg 2+)、铁(Fe 3+)、锌(Zn 2+)及白蛋白含量。结果骨变形儿童头发、尿铝增高2~3倍,尿氟增高2.46倍,血清Ca 2+(2.25±0.14)、Mg 2+ G 0.86范围0.6~1.3 mmol/L, Fe 3+(13.65±3.84)、Zn 2+(9.95±4.58)μmol/L,分别是非病区对照组的92.2%、72.3%、68.4%、66.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~<0.01);磷离子(1.50±0.22)mmol/L是非病区对照组的104%,血清白蛋白(47.14±2.40)g/L为101%,差异无统计学意义,但P 5+超过正常参考值上限。结论本组高铝氟负荷儿童的血清Ca 2+、Mg 2+、Fe 2+、Zn 2+水平低下和血清P 5+异常,是铝氟联合作用使机体形成的非营养不良性钙镁铁锌生物有效利用不良,此与铝氟病的相同是新发现的地方性铝氟病患者。

목적:탐토지방성불중독병구내고려불부하골변형인동적혈청생화변화특정。방법대수성현지엄향불병촌내골변형인동18례급동령대조,채공복정맥혈분리혈청,용동지120전자동생화검측분석의급기배투시제,동비검측백단백,리자태개(Ca 2+)、린(P 5+)、미(Mg 2+)、철(Fe 3+)、자(Zn 2+)급백단백함량。결과골변형인동두발、뇨려증고2~3배,뇨불증고2.46배,혈청Ca 2+(2.25±0.14)、Mg 2+ G 0.86범위0.6~1.3 mmol/L, Fe 3+(13.65±3.84)、Zn 2+(9.95±4.58)μmol/L,분별시비병구대조조적92.2%、72.3%、68.4%、66.5%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05~<0.01);린리자(1.50±0.22)mmol/L시비병구대조조적104%,혈청백단백(47.14±2.40)g/L위101%,차이무통계학의의,단P 5+초과정상삼고치상한。결론본조고려불부하인동적혈청Ca 2+、Mg 2+、Fe 2+、Zn 2+수평저하화혈청P 5+이상,시려불연합작용사궤체형성적비영양불량성개미철자생물유효이용불량,차여려불병적상동시신발현적지방성려불병환자。
Objective Identify newly discovered high-load aluminum fluoride in endemic fluorosis of bone changes of serum biochemical features of deformed children. Methods Village of shuicheng County paper mill Township fluorosis:a bone deformation of 18 children and their peers, adopted the fasting venous blood serum, Toshiba 120 automatic biochemical Analyzer and its ancillary reagents, detection of albumin, calcium ion States (Ca2+), phosphorus (P5+), magnesium (Mg2+), iron (Fe3+) and zinc (Zn2+) and content of albumin. Results Bone deformation of Al 2-3 times higher in children`s hair and urine, urine increased 2.46 times times, serum Ca2+(2.25 ± 0.14), Mg2+G 0.86 range 0.6~1.3mmol/L, Fe3+(13.65± 3.84), Zn2+(9.95±4.58)μmol/L, namely non-ward in the control group, 92.2%,68.4%,there are significant differences (P<0.01);P5+(1.5 ± 0.22)mmol/L is a ward in the control group 104%,and (47.14±2.40) g/L is 101%serum albumin, the difference was not significant, but P5+more than normal value limit. Conclusion This set of high-load aluminum fluoride abnormal low serum levels of Ca2+Mg2+Fe2+Zn2+and P5+in the serum of children, is the combined effect of aluminum fluoride organization not malnutrition of poor calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc bioavailability, with the same aluminum fluorine was discovered by new aluminum endemic fluorosis patients.
