目的：探讨间接喉镜下YAG激光对慢性咽炎的治疗疗效。方法：对我院2011年1月-12月间行间接喉镜下YAG激光治疗的慢性咽炎120例进行分析，观察治疗后症状、体征变化及并发症的处理效果。结果：经过4至6个月的随访，治愈98例（占82％），有效15例（占13％），无效7例（占5％）。结论：YAG激光对于长期药物治疗无效的慢性咽炎总有效率为95％，治疗时间短，费用低，病人痛苦小，是治疗慢性咽炎的一种有效、安全、简便的治疗手段。
목적：탐토간접후경하YAG격광대만성인염적치료료효。방법：대아원2011년1월-12월간행간접후경하YAG격광치료적만성인염120례진행분석，관찰치료후증상、체정변화급병발증적처리효과。결과：경과4지6개월적수방，치유98례（점82％），유효15례（점13％），무효7례（점5％）。결론：YAG격광대우장기약물치료무효적만성인염총유효솔위95％，치료시간단，비용저，병인통고소，시치료만성인염적일충유효、안전、간편적치료수단。
Objective: To explore the effects of YAG laser in threating chronic pharyngitis under indirect laryngoscopy. Methods: Authors analysed 120 cases with chronic pharyngitis that received YAG laser in threating chronic pharyngitis, observation of symptoms after treatment, changes and complications of the treatment effect. Results: After 4-6 months follow- up,gB eases were cured (82%), effective in 15 cases ( 13%), invalid in 7 eases 15% of the totall. Conclusion: YAG laser for long - term drug ineffective treatment of chronic pharyngitis with a total effective rate of 95%, Advantages of this method are Short treatment time,low cost, little pain, is an effective, safe, simple treatment method to cure the chronic pharyngitis.
