信息化与经济全球化的时代背景下，高校辅导员与大学生的关系发生了重大变化。以构建高校辅导员与大学生和谐关系为逻辑主题，围绕管理育人、服务育人的逻辑主线，立足促进大学生健康成长的逻辑基点，争做有魅力、有内涵、被大学生喜欢的辅导员的逻辑指向而展开论述。

Under the background of informatization and economic globalization, the relationship between college counselors and college students has changed dramatically. This passage explores the harmonious relationship between college counselors and students as its logical theme, focusing on educating people by managing and serving them , aiming at promoting a healthy growth of college students, conceiving a charming, and connotative counselor loved by the students.
