10年来,河北农业大学植物保护学院坚持以教学为中心,大胆改革,勇于创新,不断探索与实践,形成了以实验教学、教学实习、毕业生产实习、课外社会实践与科技创新4个环节,基本技能、专业技能和综合创新能力3个层面为特色的本科实践教学体系。把学科建设作为抓手,坚持教学、科研、管理并重,促进教师业务水平的不断提升。在学生教育和管理中,以拓展学生素质和能力为核心,创新教育载体为手段,逐渐形成了学生"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"网络化的教育管理模式。

During these ten years, college of plant protection insists on taking teaching as the cen- ter, bold reform and innovation, continuous exploration and practice, and the undergraduate practice teaching system with the characteristics of four links and three level is formed. The four links include experimental teaching, teaching practice, graduation practice, and extracurricular social practice and innovation of science and technology, while the three levels are basic skills, professional skills, and comprehensive innovation ability. Taking discipline construction as gras- per, the college innovation insists on teaching, scientific research and management of both, pro- moting the rising of teachers" professional level. Taking the development of students" quality and ability as the core during the student education and management, and making the innovation edu- cation as a means, a management mode of student's self education, self management, and self service network education is gradually formed.
