    This paper introduces the main practices and measures of improving teaching quality since 2002, when Foreign Language College of Hebei Agricultural University was founded. For- eign Language College insists on the schooling concept of "human-oriented management, teachers and students inter-respect, teachers and students benefit in teaching, enjoyable education and happy learning", attaching importance to cultivating teachers, reforming teaching and setting up an omnibearing supervision system for teaching quality. The paper gives a summary and reflection to its development , achievements, its solutions to the existing problems and its development blueprint.
