An overview of the status of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, summarized the main achievements of the past decade of College of Mechanical and Electrical En- gineering, including the nurturing of characteristic disciplines, discipline construction, construc- tion of key disciplines, academic exchanges, speciality~profession setting and teaching reform, scientific research development, school-enterprise cooperation education environment construc- tion, employment platform building. After a decade of development, the college has won a lst- grade discipline program for doctorial degree and a postdoctoral mobile research station, with more than 20 million yuan fundation for national research projects, the distinctive characteristics of the discipline direction, a reasonable structure of discipline echelon, joint operation with the College of Great Wall Motor , and so on.
