信息化环境下自我导向学习能力强的大学生更具有发展潜力和竞争优势。采用定量和定性相结合方式对当前大学生的自我导向学习能力现状进行研究，结果显示：当前大学生有自我导向学习的倾向性，但是这种倾向性总体表现较弱，表现最差的依次是学习效率和学习主动性两个维度；不同性别、专业类别、家庭背景和不同年级的学生在学习需求认知、学习主动性、学习灵活性、学习策略运用和学习效率追维度上的表现存在差异。
