介绍了声强法测定工程机械辐射噪声的优点与其原理,依据GB/T16404—1996标准,应用P—P声强技术对ZL50G型装载机进行了测试,得到主要噪声源和整个装载机的噪声辐射声功率级,并对其噪声辐射特性进行频谱分析,识别出主要噪声频率构成,为装载机辐射噪声的测试与防治提供了重要依据。

The principle and advantages of the sound-intensity-based method for the determination of the radiation noise of engi- neering machinery are introduced in the paper. In the light of the standard of GB/T 16404-1996, the p-p sound intensity tech- nique is used to test the radiation noise of ZL50G type of loader, with the power degree of the main noise sources and the radia- tion noise of the whole loader obtained, the characteristics of the noise in radiation spectrum-analyzed, and the main frequencies of the noise identified. The paper provides an important basis for the tests on and the prevention of the radiation noise of the loader.
