目前传统的AC-DC变换器具有功率因数较低电流谐波较高的缺点,设计了一种具有功率因数校正功能的AC-DC变换器,共分两级,前级采用基于L6561芯片控制,boost拓扑结构的有源功率因数校正电路,后级采用基于LTA705S芯片,反激式拓扑结构的DC-DC变换电路,所设计电源具有结构简单、成本较低、体积小、实用性强等特点。对其设计过程进行了详细介绍,通过制作90W的试验样机,验证了设计电源的可行性。

Low power factor and high harmonics are the main drawbacks of traditional AC-DC converters. A two-stage ACDC switching power supply with power function correction (PFC) function was designed to solve this issue. The former stage was power factor corrector based on boost topology with L6561 as the controller. On the latter stage, LTA705S was adopted to design a DC-DC converter based on flyback topology. The design method of the AC-DC converter was introduced in detail. Compared to the traditional one, the converter has the advantages of practicability, simple construction, low cost and small volume. Finally, a 90W prototype was built to verify the feasibility of the design.
