以亚硒酸钠和壳寡糖为原料,合成了硒化壳寡糖,产率为37.26%,硒含量为9.02 mg.g-1。利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱两种表征手段,证实了硒化壳寡糖的合成。采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法、邻苯三酚自氧化法以及总抗氧化能力试剂盒测定硒化壳寡糖的抗氧化能力。结果表明,在实验设置的浓度范围内,硒化壳寡糖的抗氧化能力随着浓度的增加而增加,且硒化壳寡糖的抗氧化能力高于壳寡糖。1 mg.mL-1的硒化壳寡糖对羟自由基的清除率为40.27%,对超氧阴离子的清除率为38.68%,总抗氧化能力为每mL 0.617单位。实验为研究低毒性、有效的有机补硒产品奠定了基础。

이아서산납화각과당위원료,합성료서화각과당,산솔위37.26%,서함량위9.02 mg.g-1。이용자외-가견광보、홍외광보량충표정수단,증실료서화각과당적합성。채용린이담비-Fe2+양화법、린분삼분자양화법이급총항양화능력시제합측정서화각과당적항양화능력。결과표명,재실험설치적농도범위내,서화각과당적항양화능력수착농도적증가이증가,차서화각과당적항양화능력고우각과당。1 mg.mL-1적서화각과당대간자유기적청제솔위40.27%,대초양음리자적청제솔위38.68%,총항양화능력위매mL 0.617단위。실험위연구저독성、유효적유궤보서산품전정료기출。
Sodium selenite and chitooligosaccharide were used to synthesize chitooligosaccharide-selenium in this experiment by chemical method.The yield was 37.26 % and the content of selenium was 9.02 mg/g.Chitooligosaccharide-selenium was characterized by visible ultraviolet(UV-VIS) and infrared(IR) techniques.The results proved the successful synthesis of chitooligosaccharide-selenium.The antioxidant activities in vitro of chitooligosaccharide-selenium was investigated by phenanthroline-Fe2+,pyrogallol autoxidation and T-AOC kit.The results showed that in the setting concentration range,the antioxidant activities increased with the elevation of concentration.The antioxidant activities of chitooligosaccharide-selenium were better than that of chitooligosaccharide.The clearance rates of hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion of 1mg/mL chitooligosaccharide-selenium were 40.27 % and 38.68 %,and the total antioxidant activity was 0.617 Unit/mL.This research was an important step as means of laying the foundation for further research on low toxicity and effective organic selenium products.
