行政执法与刑事司法相衔接工作机制是依法治国、建立法治国家的一项重要举措，我国自本世纪初提出推行至今，取得了较好成效，但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。要深入推进此项工作，必须采取一系列措施，统一认识、加强立法、明确牵头部门、强化监督、完善机制。

행정집법여형사사법상함접공작궤제시의법치국、건입법치국가적일항중요거조，아국자본세기초제출추행지금，취득료교호성효，단야존재일사불용홀시적문제。요심입추진차항공작，필수채취일계렬조시，통일인식、가강입법、명학견두부문、강화감독、완선궤제。
Work on administration execution and criminal justice mechanism are linked in accordance with the law governing the establishment of the rule of law as an important initiative, which has been implemented in China since the beginning of this century until up to now. After more than 10 years of practice, good results have been achieved, there are still some problems that can not be ignored. To push this work, a series of measures must be adopted, such as consensus, strengthening of legislation, specific lead departments, strengthening supervision, perfecting mechanism.
