基层党组织是我党各项工作得以有效贯彻和执行的基石,对基层党组织党建绩效进行科学评价,可以促进党建工作科学化。本文采用模糊综合评价的方法,设计建立了基层党组织党建绩效评价体系,以期为党建研究提供新的思路、工具和方法。

The Grass-roots party organizations are the cornerstones of effective implementation and enforcement of our party's work;it can be a promoting force through the construction of a scientific evaluation of the grass-roots party organizations' performance.This article adopted the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and designed a performance evaluation system of grass-roots party organizations in order to have a possibility of providing new ideas,tools,and methods for party-building research.
