提出了一种浮动凹模主动径向加压的工艺方法,分析了凸凹模夹紧坯料在拉深过程中的力学特点,说明了该方法能提高板料成形能力的技术关键,以带法兰的筒形件拉深为研究对象,运用LS—DYNA对采用该工艺方法和常规拉深进行有限元模拟并比较,结果表明,该工艺方法的拉深效果是显著的。

New technique of floating-female die with independent radial pressure is introduced, mechanical characteristics of punch and female die clamping sheet metal in deep drawing are analyzed, the technique key of this process to improve sheet formability is illustrated. Taking cylindrical cup with flange as example of study, and the technical key to improve forming property of sheet metal is proposed. Two processes to form cylindrical cup with flange are simulated by LS-DYNA, these processes include the new forming process by floating-female die with independent radial pressure, the common forming process. It is shown by comparison that this new process is better.
